Further Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Lawmakers
Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this recent image drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling various areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
